Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way. James 1:2-4 (MSG)

Patience grows our faith and our capabilities. As we hope and work towards something different, our patience demonstrates our confidence and faith in Yahweh.
‘But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently. Romans 8:25
Yahweh works in time zones unknown to us, yet with perfect foresight and understanding, so that our answers and resolutions appear to us when most valuable.
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. Romans 8:28
‘But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day. The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. ‘ 2 Peter 3:8-9
As children, we became excited when we knew something good was on the way. We got anxious and could not understand why we could not have what we needed or wanted right away. There was an adult who knew more than we did. That adult understood the importance of timing.
As children of Yahweh, we must rest in the knowledge that we know God is directing our path and understands what is ahead of us. Even when we stray, He is organizing the events in our future to work for our good. This is how he perfects our faith and prepares us for what is ahead.

With strengthened faith and patience, we can rest knowing our Heavenly Father has our present and our future in his hands, therefore…

Dear Heavenly Father. Thank you for the reader of this Whisper. Please guard their hearts from worry and anxiety. Remind them through Your touch and the Holy Spirit that their future, and the futures of their loved ones, is in Your hands. Remind them that can do nothing to control the future, but You see all and know all. You can give them peace if they rely on You. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
